Day 14: 3 Healthy Habits.

Now as you may or may not have noticed I’ve missed out Day 13 as I posted on something else, i’m already behind myself and who really cares about ‘Whats in my fridge’ (The fact that you care about the 29 other posts mean enough to me already!)t-good-habits

3 Healthy Habits

  1. I walk to work. I’m going to say 90% of the time because if its really bad weather, if I have ย car full of stuff to take to work or if I am out in meetings all day I obviously need my car but for the most part of my working week I walk to and from work.
  2. IMG_1283I wear a face mask at least once every two weeks, but I do aim for weekly, I am currently using this one. I wear a rehydrating moisturiser every day under my make up and put on my Rituals anti-wrinkle night cream nearly every night.
  3. I aim to be in bed always before midnight and ideally between half10 and 11.
